We're not morning people either, so we get that you want your coffee fast and without any surprise fees. Here's exactly how we handle shipping – no corporate fluff, just the facts.

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing: Your coffee is roasted and shipped within 3-5 business days of your order. We're not Amazon, but we're also not going to leave you hanging for weeks.

Why the wait? Because we roast your coffee fresh when you order it, not months ago in some warehouse. Your “Hummingbird! Blend – MaxCaf” is roasted the same day it ships to you. That's how you get maximum caffeine impact instead of stale disappointment.

Delivery: Once it ships, expect delivery in 3-4 business days anywhere in the continental United States.

Total time from order to your doorstep: 6-9 business days maximum. Plan accordingly if you're running low.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx – whoever gets it to you reliably.

Why free shipping? Because hidden fees are bullshit, and you're already paying for premium coffee. The shipping cost is built into our pricing so there are no surprises at checkout.

What We Ship

• Continental United States only – we're keeping it simple for now.

• PO Boxes accepted – USPS handles these.

• Apartments/offices welcome – just make sure someone can sign for it.

Packaging

Your coffee arrives in recyclable packaging with your Morning, Bird! Coffee.

We use appropriate packaging to keep your coffee fresh – not excessive bubble wrap that takes 20 minutes to unwrap when you're barely awake.

Order Tracking

You'll get tracking information automatically once your order ships. No need to email us asking “where's my coffee?” – just check the tracking.

The tracking updates directly to our system, so you can also check your order status in your account if you created one.

Issues with Shipping

• Damaged packages: Email us at admin@morning-bird-coffee.com with photos. We'll send a replacement.

• Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, contact the carrier first. If that goes nowhere, email us.

• Wrong address: Double-check your address before ordering. If you need to change it, email us IMMEDIATELY after ordering. Once it ships, we can't redirect it.

What We Don't Do

• International shipping – not yet. Continental US only.

• Express/overnight shipping – fresh roasted coffee takes time. Plan ahead.

• Ship to multiple addresses – one order, one address. Place separate orders if you need multiple deliveries.

• Hold orders – we ship when it's ready. We're not a storage facility.

Coffee Freshness Guarantee

Your coffee is roasted within days of shipping, not weeks or months like grocery store brands. It arrives at peak freshness – usually within that magical 5-7 day window when coffee tastes its best.

If your coffee arrives stale (which shouldn't happen with our process), email us and we'll make it right.

Holiday & Weather Delays

• Holidays: We don't ship on federal holidays, and neither do carriers. Your coffee might arrive a day later during holiday weeks.

• Weather: Severe weather can delay deliveries. We can't control Mother Nature, but your coffee will arrive when conditions improve.
